7‑on‑7 is a non-contact, skills-focused football program designed for players in grades 5–8. It emphasizes passing, route running, and defensive positioning—with no linemen or tackling, making it a great off-season complement to other sports.

📅 When & Where

  • Practices: January–March, typically on Thursdays, 6:30 – 8:30 PM

  • Tournaments: Held on scattered weekends throughout the season. Perfect for athletes juggling multiple sports!
