Flag Football

Our Flag Football program offers a fun, fast-paced, and supportive environment for young athletes to learn the fundamentals of football without the contact of tackle play. Open to boys and girls in kindergarten through 5th grade, the program emphasizes teamwork, skill development, and sportsmanship. Players are grouped by grade level and participate in weekly practices and games held on Sundays at Tahoma High School. Whether your child is brand new to the sport or looking to build on their skills, Flag Football is a great way to get active, make friends, and enjoy the game.

Who Can Play
Boys and girls in grades K–5 are welcome. Players are grouped into the following divisions:

  • Kindergarten–1st grade

  • 2nd–3rd grade

  • 4th–5th grade

Registration Fees

  • Early Registration: $200

  • Standard Registration: $250

  • Multi-child Discount: $15 off per additional child

  • Helmet Deposit: $80 (refundable if returned clean and undamaged)

  • Helmets may also be purchased for $80

  • Team t-shirt is included with registration

Please note: Registration fees are non-refundable after the refund deadline. A partial refund (minus $50) may be issued before that date.

What Players Need
Each player must bring:

  • Cleats

  • Shorts or pants without pockets

  • Mouthguard

Refund Policy Highlights

  • Refunds apply to the registration fee only, minus a $50 administrative fee

  • No refunds will be issued after the refund deadline

  • Helmet deposits will be refunded at the end of the season if returned clean and in good condition

  • Returned checks will incur a $30 fee
